Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All of our products — including drum kits, sample packs, sound libraries, presets, and any other downloadable content — are digital goods delivered electronically.
Because of the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital items, all sales are final once your order is completed.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying non-refundable digital content.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error, or

• You did not receive your download link and we are unable to provide it after verifying your purchase.

If one of these exceptions applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at razsecretsss@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized activity related to your purchase, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at our discretion.

Compliance

This policy complies with relevant consumer protection laws in the United States regarding digital goods, which recognize that once digital content is accessed or downloaded, refunds are not required.
